Ambassador Fraud & Abuse Protection
How we keep the ambassador program fair — flagging suspicious activity for review instead of automatically removing people.
What we watch for
- Self-referrals
- Duplicate accounts
- Coupon abuse
- Excessive returns
- Suspicious clicks
- Fake conversions
- Repeated purchases using an ambassador's own code
- Commission manipulation
Why this policy exists
The ambassador program works because trust flows both ways — between Sierra Brooklynn and the people who represent the brand. This policy protects that trust by keeping the program fair, transparent, and free from abuse.
Our approach: flag, don't ban
We do not automatically remove ambassadors when something looks off. Instead, suspicious activity is flagged for review and investigated before any action is taken. A flag is a prompt to look closer — not a verdict. An ambassador who is flagged keeps their account, their codes, and their access while we review.
What happens when activity is flagged
- The behavior is flagged on the ambassador's timeline for admin review.
- The ambassador keeps their account, codes, and access during the review.
- We investigate the flagged activity and reach out if we need context.
- Confirmed abuse may result in commission reversal, tier changes, or — in serious or repeated cases — removal from the program.
We would rather ask a question than punish a mistake. If something looks wrong, we'll talk to you first.
Reporting a concern
If you notice behavior that goes against this policy — your own or someone else's — let us know. Honest, timely communication keeps the program healthy for everyone.
